The apartment is located on the second floor and shares access to the building. This front door is shared with the apartments on the 1st and 3rd floors.

Getting Around:

If you like walking, this is the place to just park your car and explore the city! You can walk to much of the city, but Uber and Lyft are also available, and many scooter operators are also available in the city.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road. We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by. Although this is a 1st floor apartment, there are still 4 steps to get into the building.

    The host was quick to help us with some TV issues. The room was clean when we arrived. They offered an additional cleaning since our stay was so long. While we did not pick up that offer, we wished there would be a swiffer in the room and maybe some lysol wipes to do our own little clean up. The blankets kind of made a ton of fuzzies everywhere throughout the apartment. (They were comfy though!)

    Outstanding host communication, parking was great (nearly right across a small street), the proximity of this apartment to I95 and Brown was outstanding. You can get to all of downtown and campus hill without taking interstate - super close. We typically stay at a hotel but will look to stay at this exact apartment in the future. Delicious restaurant nearly right across street and market across from that. Probably two blocks down is Atwells - federal hill and outstanding restaurants. Definitely within walking distance. The host was extremely responsive and timely. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

    Needed a place to stay overnight for our daughter-in-laws PHd grad from Brown- so convenient/ close by. Very clean & bright- felt secure. Bedding /sheets so soft/ comfortable- a beautiful skyline view of PVD as a bonus! Brunch on Federal Hill for our son’s birthday in the am- a terrific weekend of celebrations!!! Would stay again.
