Great location near downtown but clse to everything, much better than a hotel , homey feel, very quiet area too.

We had high expectations for this property, but unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The home was not clean upon arrival—there were stains on the linens, and the closets and towels had an unpleasant odor. We reached out to the owner about these issues but received no response. Additionally, while guests are asked to tidy up before leaving, the fridge was neither clean nor empty when we arrived. To make matters worse, we found a pair of panties in one of the drawers. The lack of cleanliness and communication made for an unpleasant stay.

We have stayed here multiple times over the four years our son was in college. The house was close to our son, always clean and comfortable, and a great place to unwind and spend time with him. Getting ahold of our host was easy and effortless, but overall we never had any issues.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. The house is quiet, close to our son, just the right size for us. It is always easy to get ahold of our host and he responds quickly.

Our friends and I needed a place to stay while working on a volunteer construction project. The place worked well for our needs. We appreciated easy communication with the host in answering questions about extra towels etc. Also respected our request for no scents to be used in cleaning and no air fresheners.

This property was exactly as shown in pictures. It had everything we needed for wonderful stay. Definitely recommend!

Property was comfortable, quiet and close to many things.

This is our 2nd time staying here. It is close to our son who goes to IWU. It is always clean, nice and quiet. Perfect for the two of us. Our host is very responsive and easy to reach. Thank you again for a wonderful home away from home. See you again!

In close proximity to everything we needed. Clean, quiet, safe, & comfortable. Easy to check in & out. Could use better posting of house number to make it easier to locate during late, after dark arrival, but otherwise, was just what we needed.

Great for a quick stay. Clean, comfortable. We didn’t really use the basement den-type space, but it would be great for extra lounge space.

Location was ideally for family visiting

Property was nicely appointed and had late model appliances. Man cave in basement was perfect for my 14 yr old son to chill out. Centrally located for all the baseball fields we had to go to over 4 days. Don't recommend for people that have issues with stairs. Would stay again if in the area.

The neighborhood was a bit crowded but all in all it was just like the pictures. It was clean and comfortable!
