In order to ensure the comfort of all guests and maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbors, organizing parties, events, or noisy gatherings is strictly prohibited.

The number of guests must match exactly the number stated in the reservation. Accommodating more guests than those specified in the booking is not permitted (for example, a reservation made for 3 guests, but more people arrive).

We reserve the right to terminate the stay without refund in case these rules are not respected.

The swimming pool is outdoors and does not operate during the winter season. It is open from April 1st to October 1st.
