Stayed Oct 16, 2025This was a comfy, clean, and secure stay for our night in Seattle to attend a concert. The drive into downtown was quick and easy. Watch out for students and family traffic at the beginning and end of the school day, being across the street from a HS. Parking in front may be a challenge, but this is a densely populated area so it should be expected. Would consider again if/when in the area.

Stayed Jul 22, 2025Good coffee and breakfast places a block north on 70th Street. Was able to walk to friends' place a bit further west. Salmon Park across 15th is a nice respite from the heat and noise. Express D bus gets you downtown quickly.Hardest part: too many communications from VRBO that required sign-ins/sign-ups. Had to sift through a lot. And all those images of DL and credit card and selfie -- a pain!

Stayed Jan 18, 2025Very clean, some basic bathroom and kitchen amenities provided. Has a little stovestop, mini-fridge, and microwave.Bed is memory foam, very comfy. Thermostat was a little unpredictable and you can hear the neighbors fairly easily through the walls. Host was very quick to respind to inquiries and the stay was very pleasant overall!!
