This studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, and Tiki Hut bar, discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance away. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, Lava Lava featuring live music nightly, great food, and specialty cocktails. There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles!

Suite 131 includes Free wireless internet (WiFi); 42-inch flat-screen HD Smart TV; high-efficiency Fujitsu air conditioner (A/C) and ceiling fan; coffee maker; fridge with separate freezer door compartment (there are ice machines on the property); microwave; cutlery, chinaware and utensils; electric hair dryer, iron, and ironing board; safety tub grab bar. Poolside BBQs are available.

131 is as close to the beach as you can get anywhere on Kaua'i and only steps away from the water's edge with sun and moon rise views. Suite 131's ground floor location (Kauai Bldg) affords the best ocean views and all without stairs to climb. Your oceanfront private patio leads right onto the beach. Get ready for sand between your toes and relaxation for your soul. Many of our guests come back year after year for the breathtaking views and short walks to the waves. Free parking for our guests. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. It's beautifully situated on its own private Waipouli Beach. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei, and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point for them all.

Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.

Other Important Notes:
* Non-smoking in the condo, including lanai and hallways. A $500 fine + damage costs if violated. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
* A $25 fee applies if more than 2 garbage bags are left behind. Additional cleaning or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in extra charges.
* A $200 fee will be charged for the replacement of a lost key.
* Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional night's charge.

    We enjoyed the room and location, which we considered very good. Since this is a unit that is privately owned, I was informed by the gal at the desk when I checked in to get my parking pass, that none of the amenities on the property were available to us, including laundry. I should’ve asked about that ahead of time, but that was the only downside.

    I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the views to the amenities it was absolutely perfect. The proximity to the pool and poolside bar is so convenient it is right there. With that being said it was so quiet! I don’t know what magic those sliding patio doors have but once they were closed you couldn’t hear anything. It was so nice to also have the screen door that we left open one night just to listen to the waves crashing against the shore. The Coconut Marketplace is so close and convenient for shops and food and we frequented there every day. I thoroughly enjoyed the view from the room with my coffee every morning and my little chicken friends that would come to visit. I am going to miss all of it so much!

    I am very impressed with the staff. I called for maintenance because when we arrived the toilet wasn't flushing properly. He was here in 15min. I am not kidding. That fast. The sreen door lock was not working and I wanted to leave the door open at night. It was fixed right away. We locked our selves out one evening on the way to dinner the house keeper helped us get in within minutes. We weren't late for dinner reservation. I love this place.The location is right on the ocean. Beautiful! The location perfect half way to everything.

    The sofa bed was so bad!! This should not have been as suitable for 3 people. The bed needs replaced. My mistake in not noticing there was no dishwasher. Not enough towels for 3 people, especially for a 10 day stay. $70.00 fee for more towels. No laundry on site!

    The location was great and central. Parking was a bit of an issue and getting out of the parking facility was very difficult at times. Being so close to the beach was really a plus. The property needs updated. We had issues with WiFi. We did find dead cockroaches and had a few live ones as well. Overall, our stay was good. The bed was comfortable and the grounds were lovely. For the most part the unit was clean. The lawn chairs for the facility down by the beach need to be replaced, as several were broken. Loved the beach and spending time at it just steps away from the unit.

    The property was wonderful! The location is perfect. We enjoyed the extraordinary views from the property. The owners had it furnished well . There is a nice refrigerator as well. We definitely would rent again!
