The unit had a stunning beach view. The location was peaceful yet close to everything. Check-in and check-out were completely contactless, which made the process smooth and stress-free. I felt relaxed from start to finish. Highly recommend for a serene beach getaway!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Experience is always great at Island House. We rent annually along with a large group of friends and family for the week of July 4th. All staff was very friendly and helpful and security, although visible and present was not intrusive and allowed guests to have a great time. We travel with a special needs child and the property was accommodating with his beach wheelchair needs etc. I would recommend Island House for its ease of stay, friendly staff and beautiful property. Only complaint is that the furniture could use a good steam cleaning as these had multiple spots on them which had not been there in prior years.

Our unit 6S was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The beach is gorgeous and the views from our lanai including the sunsets were beautiful. I look forward to returning to Island House, our favorite beach retreat.

Reviewer Comments: As always, we enjoyed our return to the Island House Beach Resort after a 2 year absence!We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of our unit when we arrived. We found long black hair in the side bedroom shower and side bedroom, and sand in the side bedroom shower as well. Other items: Unit 6S is not well equipped with cooking and serving equipment in the kitchen; we would also recommend that the resort purchase more straight chairs for use on the beach - there were only about 13 available and you had to get up at 6:00 am or earlier to have a chance to get one.
