Stayed Feb 22, 2025Very nice location inside the gates of Yosemite. It is about 8 miles to Tunnel View, which made it a nice easy early morning drive to try for sunrise photos. Nice hot shower and warm nice bed were welcome changes from the few nights of camping earlier in my trip. Nice deck to relax on and recharge with a coffee while downloading photos from the Firefall in Feb 2025.

Stayed Feb 17, 2025Unique property in a beautiful area. Room with private bathroom, fireplace, comfortable bed, refrigerator, microwave, easy off street parking on level ground. Most places in YosemiteWest have a long stretch of steep stairs to enter, but Peregrine Lodge has covered entry door into lobby at ground level. WiFi works well, and room was stocked with snacks and coffee. Half mile to the trunoff for Badger Pass and Glacier Point; about 15 minutes to Tunnel View. Highly recommend either one of the private rooms with private bath between January and March, or the entire cabin between April and December.

Stayed Nov 9, 2019It was a good location, between two areas of the park we wanted to visit. It was pleasant, clean, and everything worked. The first night, we had people in the room next door with a loud tv up late, but it was quiet otherwise.

Stayed Jan 26, 2026Vonnie was so welcoming and accommodating from the start. We ended up booking extra days in the Lodgepole Room because we enjoyed ourselves so much. The view was lovely, the room was cozy, and had everything you might need. Definitely will be back!

Stayed Mar 12, 2022You should remember to take a screenshot when they give you the code of the doors because when you get there, there is no service and the messages of the app don't open. The water was White but they left lots of small water bottles. Everything very clean and combortable. Very nice fireplace and balcony. Appreciated a lot the snacks for breakfast.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969First of all, I would recommend to anyone to book at Peregrine Lodge from the informative and speedy responses from Vonnie. Any questions I had were responded to within an hour or two from sending. The lodge itself has many pluses as well! The pass-code to enter the main lodge and then my private room made things seamless after arriving late in the day after exploring Yosemite Valley. The room was very cozy with just the essential amenities. everything was clean and ready for us. Most importantly the bed was comfy and the balcony view was perfect to sit back and sip a beer after hiking all day. The proximity to Badger Pass ski area and Yosemite Valley while maintaining a quiet neighborhood (We stayed in winter time so i dont know what summer is like)made this the perfect location to stay in Yosemite while avoiding the high prices and crazy busyness of the actual Valley.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The location of this property was very convenient for spending a few days in the national park. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the deck and the wood fireplace in the room were a great bonus.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My girlfriend and I only stayed 2 nights at Peregrine in the lodge pole room, but I wish we had time to stay longer. It was a wonderful experience and Vonnie is super helpful and responsive. The room is cozy with a real cabin feel with tasteful NWestern touches and the the fireplace was amazing, we took full advantage of it. A very comfortable room to stay in with a big bed. Yosemite west is a short beautiful drive to the Yosemite valley down along Wawona Rd, where you’ll pass the famous lookout below Yosemite tunnel where you can see the most incredible vista on your way down to or on your way home from the valley - naturally sunset and sunrise are amazing times to stop at this lookout. Would love to stay again one day.
