Inner City Hideaway Studio - Walk to Everything

Tucked among olive trees on a quiet heritage street in Mt Victoria, this charming private studio is the perfect Wellington retreat. Just a short 10min walk from the city’s cultural heart, it offers peaceful seclusion with unbeatable access to everything.

Part of a beautifully restored villa, the studio has a private entrance, leafy surroundings, and a relaxed vibe. Just 10 minutes from the airport, and 5 mins to everything the city has to offer, it blends convenience with boutique charm.

This cute, self-contained studio has been recently renovated and is situated alongside a beautifully restored 100 year old bungalow.
The large, sunny, adjoining deck is incredibly sheltered and private, allowing guests to relax and enjoy some of the views across Mt Victoria towards the Brooklyn Hills.

Although compact in size, (like a small hotel room), the studio is well designed and is beautifully appointed - it includes a comfy queen size bed; mood lighting, heater, wardrobe space, smart tv, kitchenette and ensuite, which includes a large shower, towels, soaps, shampoo etc.
(***Please note: There is no laundry, but there is a laundromat in our street)

The kitchenette is stocked with crockery, utensils, and has basic facilities to prepare breakfast with a small bar fridge, toaster & jug. (***Please note - there are no other cooking facilities).

Guest access will either be in person and we will give you a set of keys, or via a hidden spot with a set of keys. The location will be sent to you prior to your arrival.

The studio is strictly non-smoking.
There are no cooking facilities.
There are no laundry facilities - there is a laundromat in our street.
We have no car-park. Coupon parking is available so you can park on the street.
