Very good property good location and quiet. Good level of cleanliness. Could do with a few more pillows and boiler was a little noisy when sleeping. But overall good

Our stay in Madeira at Filipe's apartment was very nice. The check-in was a bit bumpy, but in the end everything worked out great. The apartment is super nice on the hillside with a great sea view. Bus stop, supermarket, pharmacy and the beach are close by. Everything was clean and all necessary kitchen utensils were available. Our air conditioning did not work at the beginning, but after a quick call to Filipe, everything was fixed and ran perfectly. Parking is available right on the street in front of the house. All in all, our stay was wonderful and we are very grateful to Filipe for his hospitality.

Nice views, very quiet neighbourhood,would recommend, only suggesting shower should have a rail to hold shower while using without handling by hand, also a shelve to put the toiletry while shower instead of it be on floor, has it is difficult for people with back problems

I stayed here for almost 4 weeks and this studio apartment is perfect for long stays. It has all the facilities you need and an awesome location. Filipe, the owner of the house, is very friendly and helpfull with everything - good communication before I arrived, easy to find the house and check in and he even offered me free laundry and cleaning once a week when staying for a long time. I had a rental car and there is free parking on the street right in front of the house which isn't mentioned in the description. The apartment is located right behind the big jesus statue with a beautifull view especially at sunset, the terrasse has sun from from sunrise to sunset, there is a beach very close by that you can either take a cable car or drive down to, and both restaurants and supermarkets are very close by. All in all this place is very recommendable.

The apartment was brilliant! We felt very comfortable all the time, thanks to the Owners Isabel & Fillipe. They were super-friendly, open for any suggestions to improve their home for their guests, talkative and caring. I got a cold and they immediately ran to get me some tea and medicine from their private stuff, which was very helpful. The house itself is astonishing! Beautiful view over the sea, you can even see the Cruiseships arriving or departing to/from Funchal. Everything was built nicely, the room is big enough for 2, perfect quality/value for the money, and we really enjoyed it, can´t say it often enough. Thank you both, Isabel & Fillipe!
