Independent studio near Santa Maria Novella Train Station

It is a lovely little apartment/room. It’s small but enough for two people. I slept on the single pull out couch, which was very comfortable. My travelling partner slept in the double bed and had no complaints. The location is good. We had everything we needed! There is a little convenience store right across the street which is great, added bonus, they sell wine ?

This apartment was everything we needed for a stay in Florence! Within walking distance to the train station and historic center, we never needed to take transit to see the city. It was clean with modern amenities and having a full kitchen with cookware helped save money on dining out. Totally recommend!

We really did like this place. Getting in was a little confusing but eventually we got it then it was a piece of cake. The unit itself does not have a washer in it like the advertisement states. We went to the laundromat down the street. The only bedding was sheets, no blankets on the bed. This place was very convenient for it’s location

We just needed a place for two nights that was convenient located. This place was just perfect for our needs. The neighborhood was quiet, we were able to get a good night sleep, and getting to the airport early morning was a breeze. Francesco was always available when we had questions.

We stayed for 3 weeks, cooked most of our meals in the kitchenette, the bed was very very comfortable, the linens were pristine. the host gave us good helpful information regarding grocery shopping. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Check in was easy, Theresa, met me at the apartment and gave me very good instructions on how to operate the stove and washer/dryer. She gave me a little tour around the flat. I was very comfortable, the bed was perfect for me. Everything you need in a flat. It is also close to groceries, the tram is just a 5 minute walk away and 5 minutes on the tram you are in the Center. Definitely recommend, and when I am next in Direnze, I would definitely stay here again.!

Great little apartment for myself, my husband and our 13 year old son, very clean and well done out. Bathroom good, beds comfy, didn't cook so can't really comment on the kitchen facilities but all looked good and it was great to have a fridge. Check in went smoothly, did it well before we arrived and the instructions were spot on with photos detailing every step. Communication with the host was also great, very friendly and via what's app. Good WiFi. Location great too, only a ten minute walk into the old town and an absolutely fantastic pizza place around the corner. Would highly recommend!

We wanted a place that was a short walk to the train station and that is what we got. It’s a mile or so away from the major attractions but only a few blocks from the river. The neighborhood has an international flavor and has a variety of places to eat.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. It was clean, and close to everything we were doing. The washing machine was a bit of a challenge BUT, Francescos mother wasa great help!
