Located on the heights of Morgat, a 15-minute walk from the beach and port, on the road to the surf spots and Cap de la Chèvre, and 500 meters from the GR 34 hiking trail, the house enjoys a perfect setting: a south-facing view of the ridge of the coastal path along Douarnenez Bay, a northwest view of the village of Lostmarc'h, a garden planted with trees and menhirs, and sublime light whatever the season in one of the quietest locations.

The apartment offers 48m² of space and is designed to accommodate 2/3 people.
Its renovation was completed in 2024 and was carried out with the utmost care, using high-quality materials and in compliance with current environmental standards.

The location is ideal for getting to the main spots.
Kite-Wing-Windsurf: anything that glides or flies can be practiced right next door.
The house is 500 meters from the GR34 hiking trail and two greenways for cycling.
Swimming, open water swimming, dinghy sailing, kayaking, windsurfing... The Morgat Sailing Club is within walking distance of the house.
Learn to sail on Anne-Helene's cruising sailboat. “Sail Aventure” offers sailing lessons, seamanship training, and marine discovery sessions. Accessible to ages 4 to 94, alone, with family, or with friends.
It's a 10-minute walk to Morgat.
The mineral museum, an equestrian center, a tree-top adventure course, and a maze in the heart of nature are all within walking distance of the house.

- The apartment is a non-smoking space. An ashtray is provided for your use.
- The apartment is attached to a house. The courtyard and part of the garden are shared. The peace and quiet of the location must be respected.
- The apartment is part of a complex that used to be a carpentry workshop. The adjoining sheds are used for activities related to board sports and nature. No disturbance will be caused by its occupants.
- Unfortunately, pets are not welcome.
- Regardless of the length of your stay, a cleaning and laundry fee of €100 will be charged.
- Sheets, bath towels, bath mats, and dish towels must be left in the kitchen upon departure.
- The griddle and barbecue must be cleaned and degreased upon departure.
- Regular trash, recycling, glass, and compost bins must be emptied and cleaned upon departure.
- The ashtray provided for outdoor use only must be emptied on departure.
- The dishes must be washed and put away on departure.
- Failure to comply with the above clauses will result in a deduction from the deposit.
- Failure to maintain quiet, the presence of a pet, or smoking inside the accommodation will result in the immediate cancellation of the contract.
