This is a very stylish 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment that blends cozy comfort with modern flair! The living room and kitchen combo features chic concrete and brick walls, giving it a trendy urban vibe. Perched safely on the 9th floor of a secure building, you`ll be treated to a stunning view of the city center as soon as you open the balcony doors—perfect for soaking in the energy of the city below.

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy! You also have access to the building’s fantastic amenities, including the pet park, children’s play area, and gym. Just make sure to check with reception before using these spaces, as other guests may have reserved them for private use.

Gym: 2nd Floor – Check with reception; scheduling might be required.
Social Area, Grill, and Fire Pit: 24th Floor – Check with reception before using to ensure availability.
Children’s Area: 24th Floor – This area is open, but it’s a good idea to check with reception in advance.
Office Area: 2nd Floor – If you need a formal workspace, the office area offers a professional setting. It’s pay-per-hour, and appointments are required through reception.
Pet Area: 3rd Floor – This area is open for your pets to use. We welcome pets in our apartments!
Laundry: 1st Floor (Parking Area) – We provide one packet of detergent for your stay, enough for one full load. To use the washer and dryer, please speak to reception to get two tokens, one for each machine, for Q25.

    It was great the owner is nice and worked with me every step of the way as it was my first time in Guatemala City! I loved the apartment it was clean and cool as it was pretty warm. I am definitely staying here again!!
