    Great views - that what you are paying for . How ever cleanliness was sub standard . Plates and utensils old and chipped . Furnishings dated . Fittings certainly need an upgrade . Front door lock needs fixed as very hard to shut without lifting door and pulling very hard .

    They’re substantial benefits to staying in this apartment, but the negatives must be considered, too. The views of the Yarra, CBD and beyond are stunningly good. You won’t tire of outlook: it’s really interesting and beautiful. This view from floor to ceiling windows makes the lounge/ dining area spectacular. It’s also a great location, with the free tram system right on your doorstep and a short walk over the bridge to Southbank. Easy to get around. However, the apartment is tired - in need of some TLC. Crockery and cups are chipped, cracked and mismatched. The towels are on the cheap side. The only toilet is in the one bathroom upstairs. You’ll need earplugs and eye mask if you’re a light sleeper. The upstairs mezzanine is hot. Beds are semi-comfortable. So the question is, how much will you forgive to have that amazing view and great location?
