Recently renovated to maximise the soaring high ceilings, this home boasts 2 seperate living spaces, 3 Queen sized bedrooms, one King and 2 bathrooms.
Light-filled throughout and spacious, the combined living/dining area has seating for 8 and a super comfortable lounge set-up to enjoy the evenings after long days at thebeach.

    We had a wonderful stay for our party of seven - three adults and four children. The location was ideal - close to the beach, grocery and places to eat. The apartment was clean and had everything we required to enjoy our stay - we enjoyed being able to self cater at times with the kids. Communication before and after our stay was great - we didn't need anything else during the trip. Can be noisy at times but we didn't find this a problem. Slightly stuffy at times as previously mentioned but ceiling fans managed this. Overall we had a great stay and would happily stay again.

    The property is in a great location.. everything in walking distance. Plenty of room for 6 of us. Only negative was the second bathroom.... the water pressure in the shower was weak but it was hot so all good. Definitely recommend

    Mixed reviews. Location great for beach, icebergs pool, shops and restaurants. Street not recognized by uber and taxi so they kept going to the main road and missing us. Apartment was clean but with caveats. The alley outside had smelly overflowing garbage cans at entrance. The alley to reach the VERY narrow and dis- repaired cracking slippery stairs had open sewers and for two days was further narrowed by stacks of tents from downstairs tenants. Those tenants did use courtyard and were friendly and quiet. The apartment itself had one nicer bathroom and one that was really an adapted utility closet with a very loud water pump making flushing impossible at night. Both bathrooms had roaches come through the pipes nightly and there were roaches on the outside stairs frequently day and night. The online photos are not representative of the rooms. Only 2 bedrooms had AC units and the fan remotes had no batteries (the ones dropped off were the wrong size, we had to purchase) Only 1 towel per person—small and thin and no washcloths. Kitchen well appointed. Dryer vents inside heating already hot space. Windows in bedrooms didn’t close due to ill-fitting AC ducts. One room had aluminum foil over the windows to cover the open areas. Lots of small and lg spiders. TV didn’t work. Deadbolt doesn’t actually lock, only flimsy door handle does. Broken lamps. Toaster doesn’t work. Location great overpriced for a not so great space.

    Overall we were happy with our stay. Position was great, with coffee shops, cafes and the beach practically right outside your door.A tidy up of the entrance would work wonders

    The property was perfect for our group of mature swimmers, spending a few days visiting ocean pools around Sydney. It was clean and spacious with lots of rooms and in a perfect location in Bondi Beach. The host was responsive, friendly and helpful.

    Fantastic access to the beach but blocked shower drains , hot stinky rooms , leaky down pipe pouring grey water down the entrance staircase . This place reminded us of x2 star hotels in EU . The courtyard area was blocked off for use of downstairs tenant . We ve had great stays with Stayz but this was not one of them .
