Modern two-bedroom apartment featuring a suite with a double bed and full bathroom with shower, plus a second bedroom with two single beds. The living area is well equipped with a dining table, balcony access, TV, and a sofa bed for 2 people. There is an additional WC with shower. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes an island; adjacent is a laundry room with access to a large balcony with deck, dining furniture, and awning. Maximum capacity: 6 people. Wi-Fi is available throughout. Private parking space included. Garbage can located next to the garage door.

AREA
Located in a prestigious area of Funchal, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, Forum Madeira shopping center, and various bars and restaurants. Praia Formosa is about 3 km away, ideal for swimming and sunbathing. Funchal city center is a five-minute drive, offering tourist attractions and a variety of activities.

GETTING AROUND
Transfers can be arranged with local partners (cheaper than airport taxis). If renting a car, navigation apps will easily find the address.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
Full access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
Support available at all times. An app is provided with important property and local information.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as per Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior).
- Bed linen and towels provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request.
- First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket on site.

ATTENTION
A municipal tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night (ages 13+), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), will be charged. Payment link provided at check-in.

All guests must present valid identification for registration.
