Stayed Dec 27, 2025This was perfect place for a couple nights in Florence. Its location was perfect as it was close to the city center but not directly in all the hustle and bustle. The street was quiet but had a great bar/restaurant right across the street. It was as advertised and the owner/manager was very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend it.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024Our stay in The Heart of Florence apartment was glorious! I must start with the helpfulness of the property managers Stefania and Gianni. They were amazing! Gianni met us at the apartment and walked us through all of the details. He assured us that we could reach out with any questions. Stefania shared restaurants and shopping ideas when we asked. Thank you Gianni and Stefania! The apartment location was within walking distance of all sites in Florence; The Duomo, The Uffizi, The Petit Palace, Piazza Santa Croce, Medici Chapel, Mercato Centrale, Piazza della Signoria, and so much more. Highly recommend Ristorante del Fagioli for Fiorentine Bistecca❤️ ?. Stefania shared it as one of her favorites and it delivered. It is hard to improve upon the perfection of Florence. But this apartment made it the perfect visit.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024The property is wonderfully located, clean, convenient, and comfortable. Two minutes walk to Duomo makes the apartment close to attractions. Our host met us there for an easy and informative check in. He gave us lots of advice and many good restaurant suggestions. We are mid sixties, but had no trouble with the apartment's second floor location. Hey, you are going to eat lots of gelato, so some steps will be good for you!

Stayed Oct 1, 2023This apartment was a 15 minute walk to the UNITA train stop and was close to all amenities. Restaurants, markets and grocery stores were all very close as Firenze is a very walk-friendly city. The apartment was cozy and clean just as the photos suggest. We loved the balcony overlooking the courtyard. Stefania and Gianni were fantastic at meeting us at the apartment and suggesting places to see and eat! We would stay again in a heartbeat.
