This flat is located on the 2nd floor of an old cultural space, now completely renovated and transformed, with decor inspired by Africa, especially Morocco (White House). The interior combines cultural details with practicality, modernity, and comfort, ideal for travelers. The property accommodates up to 4 people, featuring a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a living room with a sofa bed, and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area. The building has a common entrance for all units, is equipped with a lift, and is situated on Rua Ivens, just behind the Funchal Municipal Garden—one of the city’s main arteries.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. There is no private parking.

Located on Rua Ivens, behind the Funchal Municipal Garden and a 1-minute walk from the Municipal Theatre Baltazar Dias, the building is within walking distance of Funchal’s main attractions, including restaurants, shopping centers, bars, museums, the Cathedral, Funchal Marina, and Santa Catarina Park. The city center offers information on a wide range of activities, from cultural to nature and adventure experiences.

GETTING AROUND
The best way to reach the property is by transfer, which can be arranged with local partners and is more affordable than airport taxis. If you rent a car, navigation apps will easily guide you to the address.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
Guests have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
The team is always available to assist or answer questions, aiming to respond promptly. An app is also provided with important property and local information.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance; if not scheduled within 48 hours, it is subject to team availability.
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath are available on request. The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and a fire blanket.

ATTENTION
A municipal tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), will be charged. A payment link will be provided upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
