Stayed May 2, 2025Nice apartment about 15minutes from the Florence Airport. Parking was a problem. I had to park the car about 1 km away. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Stayed Aug 8, 2024The place is quite nice. Are conditioning both upstairs and downstairs and newer ACs with good cooling power. Kitchen is well equipped. We stayed as a family of 5. A bit far from where you want to be but a short train ride (1 stop) and you are where all the action is. I’d recommend that over a bus. Overall a great place to stay in Florence. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 7, 2024The unit is slightly different than as pictured in regards to some of the furniture pictured. The host was easy to communicate with using What’s App. The pro regarding this unit is that it is in a secure building and does have an elevator to reach the 4th floor it is located on. However, the bedroom is on the second floor of the unit, so there are stairs to climb. The A/C worked wonderfully. The cons about this unit is that it is much farther away from the train station and city hub than we expected. We had to take a taxi or use the train/shuttle to get from the train station to be able to walk to this rental unit. It is also located near the hospital, so there were sirens constantly.

Stayed Apr 10, 2024We enjoyed our stay in Florence. The apartment is the perfect size for a longer stay. We were there for 2.5 weeks. The bathroom is a trip down the stairs at nite which was not convenient but doable. The apartment was chilly after they turned the heat off for the season but we had sufficient bedding. Also it is a pretty long trip by public transport to the center of Florence. All were described well in the apartment description. Bruno did everything he could to make our trip perfect. Over all we had a good visit.

Stayed Aug 25, 2023The apartment was very comfortable and clean. All amenities operational and a well eqipped kitchen. Modern bathroom woth a large shower was appreciated. Close to the bus stop. Bus 20 takes you into the old part of town. BUT IF YOU HAVE DRIVEN TO FLORENCE BE AWARE THERE IS NO PARKING. We were told parking was available. This was street parking which is near impossible to find an empty space. When we contacted the owner all he could suggest was to park at the nearby hospital carpark which was a kilometre away! Recommend you look elsewhere if you have a car.
