AREA
Guests have quick and easy access to various restaurants, stores, shopping centers, and supermarkets. The building is very close to the Farmers' Market, Funchal's Old Town, and the Cathedral. From here, you can explore many tourist attractions on foot (e.g., cable car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc.). Barreirinha’s beach or São Tiago’s beach is about fifteen minutes away on foot.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the apartment is a transfer, which can be booked with our local partners and is cheaper than airport taxis. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes’ walk from the apartment.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions and do our best to reply to all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If not scheduled within 48 hours before arrival, guests will be subject to our team’s availability.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket are provided.

ATTENTION
A Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal: €2.00 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person/stay). Upon arrival, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.

By making a booking, the guest accepts the house rules and terms of stay.
