THE SPACE

The living area boasts a grand open space with various seating options and a dining area. The decor is modern and fresh, the sofasare wonderfully relaxing – there's also a large TV for those who won’t want to miss a favourite TV series.
The home is laid out as single leveled, which is suitable for those with limited mobility.
It's ideal for a family or a group of friends looking to stay somewhere with a difference as well. The home also has luxurious bathroom spaces, a modern kitchen, two lifts serving the floor.

You've got plenty of restaurants on your doorstep, Buses are heading in each direction, the tube gets you to Oxford Circus within 3 stops only. Don't miss to walk along the River towards Battersea Power Station with malls and restaurants integrated in a village style area, London Eye when heading to the East is only a 15 minutes walk.

GUEST ACCESS

The entire apartment with all amenities is accessible for my guests.
All closets are empty but full of hangers, you will find toiletries and hair dryers in the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, china, glasses and cutlery. Basics like tea, coffee, water, milk, capsules for the Nespresso Machine are provided to make sure your arrival will be relaxed. Detergents for washing machine and dish washer are provided for a stay of 3 nights.

My stand-by guest manager will happily provide more supplies on request for small additional costs.

We generally offer late check-in till midnight.

    Fantastic apartment. We have been to London every year for the last 15 years and this apartment is by far and away the best apartment that we have stayed in. Also, the host, Peter was a fantastic communicator. The apartment itself is in the perfect area for restaurants and just a couple of mins walk to Vauxhall underground

    Peter and his staff did a fantastic job from questions pre-arrival through departure. The lication was pefect, right in front is the Uber boat on the Thames and the new Battersea park shopping and dining area was within walking distance.

    This fantastic apartment was exactly as advertised. It is in a great location (steps from the Vauxhall station). The pictures are accurate. The check-in process was smooth, and the owner's communication was timely and consistent. I would stay here with my family again.

    Beautiful apartment, well outfitted and very comfortable for our family of 5. Great location along the Thames near Vauxhall. Very easy to use public transportation. Tesco in the building. The owner was extremely responsive to messages, gave us great tips about the city and logistics, provided plug adapters for us, addressed concerns immediately, suggested airport transfers, and stocked the apartment with groceries at our request. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Dishwasher and washing machine in kitchen with detergent provided. Overall a great base for a few days exploring London. We felt extremely safe and enjoyed the city. Thank you Peter!

    We had an excellent stay. The unit was well layed out, clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable with nice en suite bathrooms. Showers in all three bathrooms. The kitchen fully equipped for cooking.

    We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. It has great views of the city and the Thames river. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms are comfortable and quiet. The location was perfect for exploring the city. There is a tube and train station just a few minutes away at Vauxhall. Peter is a wonderful and attentive host. He was always quick to respond to any questions we had and offered a complete overview of the apartment and nearby surroundings. There is so much to do in London. Our 6 days was not enough time to see and do everything we would have liked to do, but we made the most of our time. We enjoyed visiting Buckingham Palace, the National Portrait Gallery, the Tate Modern, the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, St. Paul's Cathedral, the British Museum, the Churchill War Rooms, and St James and Hyde Parks. We also enjoyed a day trip to Windsor Castle which was only an hour away by train. We had great dining experiences at The Riverside, Paper Moon, and Muse. We definitely hope to return again someday!

    We had an amazing 8 night stay. The view is amazing and there are several transportation options only a few steps away. We loved having access to the Uber boat a minute walk away, made getting around to see the sights a breeze. Quick responses and communication with the host.

    We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Peter’s lovely Vauxhall apartment. Not only was it spacious, clean and well designed/equipped, but we found the location to be a perfect choice for our family of 5. The view from the balcony was lovely and the Uber boat and Tube access was steps away. The Vauxhall Market was a surprising bonus as it offered a great variety of tasty and affordable meals. Breakfast spot and Tesco at ground floor also were super convenient. Very easy access to Euston train station - just a few stops up the Victoria line. We would absolutely recommend and hope to stay there again!
