- Heating is provided via wall heaters in both the bedroom and living area

- The apartment does not have air conditioning; portable fans are provided for warmer days



NOTE: this is a centrally located heritage apartment in Melbourne’s CBD, ideal for guests who enjoy being in the heart of the city.

After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
