If you prefer to cook yourself, then Lungano’s farmers’ market (Tuesdays and Fridays) in Via Carducci (20 minutes walk) is the place to go to pick up the best ingredients.

A day trip out on the Lago Lugano is not to be missed. If you prefer to stay on land, then a stroll along the lakeshore offers magnificent views over the water.
