Hyde Park Luxury Studio w/ Prime Location!

Great location, shops walking distance, studio was very comfortable. Tv choices were very limited. Would have liked logging into my Netflix account but let’s face it I wasn’t there to watch tv. The host was super responsive to anything we asked. Would definitely consider staying there again. Make sure you can bring your luggage up the steps. My daughter helped me. They were a little intimidating.

Jerry was outstanding and the apartment was really special. Everything you expect it to be. Highly recommend

Prefect place for trip to downtown Tampa

The bed was wonderful, the space was clean and cozy I will be booking that place every time I visit my daughter if it’s available. The best one at of the three properties I’ve stayed at.

Nicely done interior space above garage. Location was perfect for us near Univ of Tampa for Softball. Water and upscale restaurants just a few minute walk.

Everything was perfect…just as advertised! Location, cleanliness of unit, parking available, host on site…everything! Long walks along Bayshore for early morning exercise…just perfect!

We were in town for a wedding in the area and the place was perfect for our trip. Shopping, dining and Bay Shore Blvd are all within walking distance and make this place an perfect place to stay. The place was clean and easy to find.

This was a wonderful place to stay.The apartment was comfortable and the area was absolutely beautiful. Jerry was an excellent host. He was keen to ensure that everything was perfect for us. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

Beautiful neighborhood, great little guest house.

From the minute we walked in we felt so welcomed. Jerry, our host, left us a note with his contact info. The apartment was clean and very nicely decorated just like the pictures. We loved walking up the street in the morning to the village for breakfast. This was a great place to stay and we will rent again in the coming months.

It was so nice and Jerry was so accommodating. We can’t wait to come again. One of the nicest vrbos we have ever stayed in.

I flew to Tampa for a long weekend visit with my daughter who is a student at the University of Tampa. The location was absolutely incredible! Located in Hyde Park, I enjoyed morning walks along Bayshore Boulevard and to the many shops and cafes nearby.I found the accommodations to be quite comfortable and had everything I needed and then some. Jerry, the owner, couldn't have been more welcoming and kind. My visit was after Hurricane Helene. As Milton came closer, Jerry updated me with current local warnings which helped our family ensure our daughter's safety.A beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable place to stay is what I had looked for. I got just that and so much more!

The studio is beautifully furnished, very comfortable and in a great location! Jerry, the host, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect! I look forward to returning!

This apartment is perfect. The location is amazing for anywhere you want to go downtown. The host is attentive and makes sure everything is perfect. The apartment is clean and bright and everything is nice. I cannot find one negative. On a personal note, I rented this for my mom to stay at while my dad had open heart surgery since it is only 2 miles from the hospital. Jerry the owner, worked with us to adjust our check out times when the hospital didn’t release my dad on time. He was truly an angel in a time of need and this apartment has made a difficult time so much easier. I would give 1000 stars if I could. I would highly, highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Tampa area. The neighborhood is just adorable and you won’t regret it!
