This is a charming single level one bedroom apartment with no stairs and one off-street parking spot. There is a smart TV so you can link to all your streaming sites for your watching enjoyment. This cozy home is fully equipped for creating meals, having fun and has everything you need for a great vacation.

You will love amenitieslike a full kitchen for gourmet meals, a nice size bedroom with a comfy king bed, a closet, and full bath. Coffee and tea are some nice extras. My flat also has a full bath with tub and shower so you can renew, refresh and take on the town. There is a window air conditioner in the bedroom for the few warmer months. There are several parks, kids play areas, tennis, and disc golf within easy walking distance.

Located in a lovely residential neighborhood in downtown Flagstaff, this is an end unit in a 4-plex along with 3 other full-time vacation rentals. Check availability for larger groups and bring your friends - or extend your stay in another one of our beautiful Cottages.

My place is always sparking clean and is a fabulous home base for your amazing adventures in Flagstaff and the surrounding areas. This is a great neighborhood and close to everything. There are parks, the library, restaurants, shopping, NAU, the train station, and the urban trail system nearby. Relax, breathe the clean air, and experience world-class adventures right out your front door.

Please note that this property is limited to 2 guests - this includes children. With advance notice at the time of booking, I may allow visitors. There may be an additional cleaning fee depending on the circumstances. If there are more than 2 guests staying in the property or there are additional visitors without prior approval, you agree to forfeit your entire security deposit.
