Huge Apartment in Beautiful Brick House ★ Near All

The apartment was nice, clean and the manager was helpful with our one issue. The issue we had was the first night, the tenants upstairs had a party that lasted till 1:00 am when I called the manager to complain. The manager did resolve the issue and by 1:40 am we were finally able to get sleep. Other than that our stay was good.

Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. Decent price.

Great place. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area. All the beds are comfortable. Place is nicely decorated and clean. Nice amount of space to relax. Highly recommend!

Not only was the apartment exactly as described but the pictures actually don’t do it justice. It’s a beautiful place to stay with more than ample room for several people. It was super cozy and had everything we could’ve needed: coffee with sugar and creamer, a stocked fridge and freezer with breakfast and dinner foods, toiletries and towels and linens, plenty of cookware and appliances and possibly my favorite, an entire spice rack! This place was great to stay in with my partner and friends and would also make a lovely getaway for a family, equipped with a little baby seat and plenty of room for everyone. It was clean and easy to get to and in a safe area. Check in was easy and the host was incredibly kind. It snowed several inches while we were there and they were quick to shovel out the stairs and walkways as well as the driveway for us. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Clean, comfortable, great location...would definitely book again!

The apartment was bigger than expected. There are 3 spacious bedrooms and the host supplies most everything you need making for an easy pack. There is a apartment upstairs which you can hear footsteps quite clearly, especially when shoes are on. Other than that, it was excellent and we'll be back!.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The host’s communication was fantastic, making everything smooth from start to finish. The check-in process was seamless, and the apartment itself was spotless upon arrival. Everything we needed was easy to access, from the kitchen and TV to the entrance of the unit. It was clear that the host put great care into making the space welcoming and convenient. We’re already looking forward to staying here again on our next trip!

The apartment was very clean and accomdations were excellent.

This was the perfect stay for our beach weekend! The rental was close to everything, cute and clean. Robert was ver communicative and had some breakfast items stocked for us in the fridge and freezer, which was such a thoughtful touch! My only recommendation would be to bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper, as sound travels pretty well and we could hear some of the comings and goings of the upstairs neighbors.Would definitely stay here again!

We had to come to Erie for a family gathering and wanted to avoid getting a hotel. This apartment just happened to be perfect for us! The bedrooms are spacious and the apartment was very warm and cozy. The bed was firm, but that is definitely what we were looking for! There was only two of us, but definitely room for 6! The owner checked on us and notified us about checking in and out. He was very accommodating to us, allowing us to check in earlier since we had gotten into town earlier. I would highly recommend this apartment!

My family enjoyed an extended holiday weekend in this very comfortable and clean apartment which had all the comforts of home including some essential food items. Robert was very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay an extra couple days, always promptly responding, which we truly appreciated, especially given over 30 inches of fresh lake effect snow blanketed the Erie coastline across PA and NY within the initial 24 hrs of our stay. We’ll be back (probably in summer tho ?).to enjoy it’s proximity to downtown and Presque Isle penninsula.

This house had such character & is tastefully done. It is located in a quiet neighborhood & is convenient to Presque Isle. It is as very clean. The host had great communication. We were given very clear instructions on the check-in & check-out process. He provided everything we needed. We were very pleased with the property.

House was clean, spacious, and close to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Just minutes away from Waldameer and the beach.

This older home has 2 apartments. We stayed in the lower level. It was large, clean & comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Communication with the host was great. There were additional nice touches like some food left for us. The location was great-A quick drive to restaurants and attractions. We would definitely stay again.
