The apartment is located on the second floor with elevator. It has air conditioning and all the amenities you need to make your stay a perfect time in the capital of the Costa del Sol.

The apartment is located north of the old town. Ideal for visiting the city's museums and attractions. The nearest beach, Playa de la Malagueta, is 2.6km away (about half an hour walking). It is strategically located and within a few minutes you will find the most representative places in the city: it is only a 10-minute walk from Plaza de la Merced, 5 minutes from the University, and it is surrounded by restaurants, museums, supermarkets and leisure areas.



The apartment does not have parking. The public parking Garage las Delicias is located 4 minutes walking distance.



Their approximate rates are:

- 39 EUR Friday to Sunday

- 20 EUR per day



The main points of interest will be just a few minutes walking distance, however, if you like exploring every corner and getting to know the city in depth, Málaga has an extensive bus network and around the apartment you will find a variety of stations.



For stays of 28 days or more, please take into account the following information:

1. You will need to sign a rental contract

2. Utilities such as electricity, water and gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.

3. You will need to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 175 EUR
