Good communication in advance. Great welcome, Norma has many practical tips to find your way in the neighbourhood and in town. Nice authentic flat on ground floor, well-equipped. Ideal for one or two couples.

Stayed for a week in House Kloss July 2018. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything required for a pleasant stay. Getting to the city centre is a short walk to an easy bus ride. Also within walking distance are cafés, a small supermarket and a coin operated laundry. The owner Norma is great with plenty of helpful information to make a stay in Verona enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment.

We were met with a nice welcome from Norma with cake , wine and bus tickets along with maps and suggestions of where to go which lovely. The apartment had comfy beds , good bathroom and most things for cooking. The only downside was the WiFi which was minimal which was a bit of a problem for the kids. The apartment is close to bus stop and easy travel to old town. Also close to train station where we travelled to gardaland and Venice. I would also say Norma answered all questions during our stay by text which was also helpful and made things easier - she was a great host.

Had a wonderful time in Verona - Norma was very helpful and accommodating indeed.

Verona, casa Kloss. Norma knew how to make your feel at home. Easy free parking in front of the entrance, the house furnished with care and everything we needed was at his place. The cleaning passed my wife's test! We spent 3 great days to enjoy Verona. thanks and see soon Francesco, Annarita and little Matteo.

Casa Kloss in Verona is a very nice and comfortable apartment. We stayed at Norma's house for the end of this year and had a wonderful stay. It was a suitable solution also for people with childs (we were 4 adults and 3 childs). The house has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary for making meals also with a useful dishwasher. The apartment at our arrival was clean and tidy, Norma is a very kind and lovely person, she gave us all the information and prepared for us delicious brownies! The apartment is well connected to Verona center by bus but it takes about 30 minutes to reach the center by feet. If we will come back to Verona we will happy to stay at Norma house again! We stayed at Norma's place in June of this year and had a wonderful stay. It was perfect for my sister, me and our four daughters. The apartment was comfortable and had a nice kitchen for making meals. It was an easy bus ride into downtown Verona. Norma was incredibly helpful and a lovely person ready to help us with any questions we had.

When we arrived at the property we were tired and it was dark, we entered and it looked dark and not very modern. However, the following morning, in the light we saw an apartment which was typical Italian with character,two bedrooms, kitchen/living room plus up to date shower/toilet. The apartment is on the ground floor with plenty of space. The owner Norma was very helpful and answered any questions we had, there was wine and cookies and water on our arrival. Dishwasher, cooker. No Tv, but was not needed by us. Very close to bus into Verona. The only negative comment would be a lack of comfortable seating, although it did not spoil our holiday. We would book this apartment again in the future. Ideal for touring the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at House Kloss. Norma was very kind and helpful. Her home was lovely and it was easy to get to all of the tourist sights in Verona by bus. The place was perfect for our group of five. Would definitely recommend to other travelers.
