Woodstock, New York
Overlooking the Woodstock village center, this antique hotel has 148 years of history and charm. From the front steps you will feel the same energy that travelers have felt since President Ulysses S. Grant visited Woodstock in 1872.
The Queen Ann’s Lace Suite is a 1 bedroom apartment with a separate dining room. The bedroom has 1 Queen bed. There is a full private kitchen and a private bath.
The Queen Ann’s Lace Suite is on the 2nd floor.
You do not need a car! The Trailways bus from NYC stops directly across the street, and walk to everything in the village.
The room was quaint and cozy, gave us a real down home feeling! The owners were very prompt to respond to our questions. All in all, a very positive experience! Thank you!
Owner didn’t reach out to us until I reached out to them with the code to the house. Also, there was some old face make up under the bed which we threw anway and we had to look for extra toilet paper because they left us one roll for two days for three people. I found the supply closet open because the cleaning people were upstairs cleaning so I took an extra roll. Otherwise everything was terrific.
Good value for the price.
Stayed for one night to attend a concert. Perfect location to the music, lots of options for vegan food, and very walkable to lots of shops. Will definitely be back to stay for longer.
The room was perfect, with a small kitchen and a walk out patio to sit and view the mountains. Located right in town so driving was not necessary. It was awesome!
It's an amazing place to stay in the heart of a historic village.
The room was great and the property was super convenient to everything in town.
The host was difficult to say the least. No COVID health considerations taken into effect here. The property looks like it’s going to fall to the ground any day now and the floor was completely morphed. Only good thing is the location.
Great location. Virtually no communication with owner. Received one message when i booked but no replies to my messages at all. Very outdated.
What an amazing place to stay! Loved it here.
We really liked the Hotel Woodstock. It was clean and comfortable, with an old-time feel. And it was a lot more affordable than other places we saw online. The host responded to my phone message immediately. 3 things - the high bathtub was difficult for my husband who has hip issues. It would have been nice to have 2 keys so we could come and go separately. We had a little trouble accessing the door code. So did another group that arrived the next day. Maybe sending it earlier would help.
Photos are very accurate. We had a great stay. Owner answered all of our questions quickly. Would stay again if in the area!
Had an awesome time.
All it was supposed to be and more. No complaints, only good memories.
Adequate.
Great location, lovely old building. We had a nice porch off our room.
Location can't be beat! Older building but very clean and provided everything we needed. Excellent communication.
ABOUT WHAT I EXPECTED
My brother n sister in law stayed in this overnight to visit me for my birthday. I’m staying in another room for ten days. My favorite place to visit. They had a great time.
The property was as described and the pictures are accurate. It reminded me of the first apartment you get right out of college--tiny and cute. It's in the heart of Woodstock and you can walk to many restaurants and stores. This was our second time staying in this building---first time in this room---and we plan to come back.
