    It was okay. The place was nice, but getting old for 1900 a night, the shower leaked everywhere, the floors were scratched, the door going to the first balcony was kinda wonky, and sometimes it was a little scary down in that location. But it was fun and host was pretty good.

    Location, Location, Location! This property was in the perfect place to celebrate a guys 50th getaway! Great bars and restaurants all within blocks and just our luck the Denver Oktoberfest festival was on our street so we got to enjoy that or just hang out on the rooftop and relax! Would definitely recommend this property. The only minor negative was only 2 bathrooms for 10 people.

    Our stay at the hotel residential was amazing! The space itself is incredible with great amenities and perfect for large groups and the location is unbeatable with plenty of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance. Jon was very flexible and communicative and I will definitely look to rent the space anytime a group of friends is in town!

    I was in Denver for a conf with few of my co-workers and decided to try a property as such instead of staying in host hotel. This worked out better than planned. It allowed for me to bond outside of work with my team in a more informal environment. Would highly recommend this property for all facets of your travel needs.

    Myself and a total group of 10 people stayed at Jons place for a bachelor party in September 2023. The house was fantastic from the moment we walked in. The family room with pool table was a great. the kitchen and amenities including a great coffee machine were a plus. Two balconies, one on the second level and a large one on the third level both with seating areas made enjoying the weather a blast during our down time. Two minute walk to the baseball stadium and tons of restaurants and bars. RiNo area is not far as well and definitely walkable. Would definitely use this VRBO again and would recommend it.
