Stayed Feb 12, 2022Nothing wrong with the property, the location is amazing….. but the local agent O’Briens are negligent and uncaring. I reviewed the previous feedback and it’s clear that they do not pay any attention. The toilet seat is still broken, there are cobwebs (a lot) and ants everywhere and I mean everywhere, hundreds in my bed (and no I didn’t eat in bed!). I had to follow up the agent a week after booking to find out if it had been accepted (was told they were busy but no apology) and only noticed on the key pick up instructions (emailed a few hours before arrival) that bed linen was not provided. My fault in missing this small but important detail but on picking up the keys was simply told it was on the listing and they didn’t have a clue where I could buy sheets at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon. Property is great, shame about the agent.

Stayed Jan 27, 2021Disappointing It sorted with the keys not easily opening the wire doors. Hard to get in. Flat did not smell fresh. Bought eucalyptus spray to cover odour. Mattress needs updating Carpet in bedroom needs steam cleaning Chairs need thorough cleaning Fly wires and window frames need thorough cleaning-very dirty Washing machine needs fixing Toilet seat broken Shower and bathroom good Kitchen good.

Stayed Jan 13, 2020Property was filthy, dirty used soap left in shower, mouse poo on kitchen table, had not been vacuumed. Needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Property in a fantastic location, great coffee shop on the corner, very short walk to great family beach.
