More proactive communication would have supported a smoother experience. The unit set up was great. With a bit more attention to housekeeping and minor maintenance, the unit could be even more welcoming. We noticed the tub had a drainage issue during our stay

The location is great ! Can walk to Beale Street . Apartment is safe and quiet. Parking is convenient. The place is clean and has everything you need. We plan to stay here again, loved it for a weekend getaway to Memphis

My wife and I spent 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed or stay. Everything is wonderfully done the location is hard to beat - nice access to walking along the river, easy walking proximity to Beale and central downtown, and it doesn’t hurt to have Gus’s Chicken just a block and a half down Front street! The host was very helpful and kind enough to authorize a late checkout since our flight didn’t leave until evening. Highly recommend a stay here for whatever brings you to Memphis.

One of the most comfortable stays. It was clean, you could tell the sheets were fresh, snacks were provided. Very accommodating. I even forgot my toothbrush and there was a spare new one!

It was a great place to stay and a short walk to several downtown sites, including Beale St. Our host was very easy to work with and we would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay here.The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed, with the king-size bed being incredibly comfortable after long days exploring, I don't know what the bedsheets are made from but they felt great!The location was perfect as it's close to Beale Street, with great restaurants, and all the main sights, yet still quiet enough to relax.The little touches and attention to detail really made it feel welcoming.We’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Memphis.

The location was great and the place was clean. You can park on the street or in the garage across the street. We loved that the decor was Memphis based. It was so easy to walk to Beale Street or anywhere downtown. There are so many bars and restaurants within walking district. We would definitely stay here sharing!

This was my first time renting and staying in a vacation rental of any kind, and this was a phenomenal first experience! There were plenty of amenities like snacks provided, along with toiletries, and the entire place smelled amazing when we walked in. All future rentals will be compared to this one for us- especially how nice the host was!

The property was amazing! Clean, comfortable, location was perfect for what we were doing. The host was very easy to communicate with. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone staying on Tennessee area. We will stay here again if its available when we are ready to return to Tennessee.

This is the perfect place to stay in Memphis and the host (Belgica) couldn't have been more helpful or responsive to our few needs. Read reviews that complained about noise and problems with the area, but neither of those claims were true during our stay. It's only a short walk to Beale Street and other venues like The Pyramid and Sun Studio if you don't mind a further walk. highly recommended!

Location was fantastic, the place was super clean and the extra goodies the host left were wonderful! We will definitely be staying here again!
