A huge Kitchen that offers everything
Great location for our trip; excellent communications with the host.
The place was clean and nicely decorated with functional furniture for our group of 4 sisters in their 40s. Lots of basic amenities like kitchen utensils, coffee supplies, and travel toiletries were provided. The kitchen bench was pretty much unusable because it was wobbly. The living room furniture was great for our group. Beds were pretty comfortable but firm. Smoke detectors were chirping on and off during our stay. We also had a couple of issues with parking where the lot was blocked at one point by another car and we were asked to move our car twice even though we were the only car in the lot most of our stay. Good location on the East side of Providence. Broader neighborhood is really nice. Immediate neighbors were a little loud.
Our group of 10 people stayed here for a wedding weekend. While the place was ascetically pleasing and quite clean, it had a lot of functional issues. The biggest problem was the kitchen, which was advertised on the listing as a 'huge kitchen that offers everything' which was important to us as we have 10 people to feed over 3 days. Upon arrival the main kitchen light was out, and none of the outlets worked. When a maintenance person came to fix this they also said yeah and the oven is broken, too. They've been trying to fix it for a while. This was a major issue as we could no longer cook any of the food we brought for our group. I was also really upset that the host knew of this issue and decided not to tell us in advance, which would have helped our planning. The host offered us 100$ for the inconvenience, but wended up having to spend over 500$ for food for everybody for the weekend. When we went to bed the first night, the beds didn't have sheets and we had to go through shared washers and dryers downstairs to find sheets that fit the beds. Our one guest who was sleeping on the large sectional couch found that it wasn't properly attached and came apart into two pieces when they laid down. We tried out best to fix this ourselves. I will say that the host responded quickly, but after mentioning about how poorly the oven affected our stay, they reverted to very textbook messages that did not address our desire for compensation about these issues.
A group of 4 50ish women shared this lovely apartment for an overnight trip. The location of the apartment was perfect for exploring the east side of Providence. We were also in walking distance to waterfire and some great restaurants. The apartment had a comfortable and stylish living area where we could comfortable spend some time socializing before retiring to the 4 large and comfortable bedrooms. Everyone slept very well. The matresses were comfy, and the ac was cool. Huge bonus was the off street parking for multiple cars. Would definitely stay here again.
Was a good sized apartment
