Stayed Aug 14, 2025This was probably the one of the worst rental places we have ever stayed in. 1)Mould: No matter how much you air the place out, it always smells like mould, which is a health hazard. The air in the apartment is so humid that not even our bathing suits could dry – let alone our towels, so we had to dry ourselves off with damp towels. 2)Description on the website inaccurate: a)The shower is in the kitchen on the ground floor exactly across the window. On the website’s photo there were blinds while there are none everyone walking by could see us in the kitchen and getting in and out of the shower. Yes, there were shutters outside but once they are closed the room is dark.b)The blinds for the windows in the entrance door are broken so they cannot be pulled up. As they are fastened in the door frame, it is impossible to open the door.c)The faucets in the kitchen and the toilet were both totally loose and wiggly. The faucet in the toilet was so loose that water would drip on the floor.d)There are no two bathrooms in this rental unit! At best there is one tiny showering place in the kitchen and a micro-toilet upstairs. The ceiling in the only toilet, which is on the top floor, is so low that we could not stand upright. The toilet seat almost fell off.In addition to the neglect, the landlords were so cheap that there was almost no toilet paper and the cherry on the cheapskate-cake is that they ask you to do part of the final cleaning even though this is included.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Small and a little bit too smelly (canalisation and old pipes?) but Ok for 2 nights. Parking costs (in front of the house) are high. Street is noisy ... but Étretat and the weather were fine :) ...
