HOMEABOUT LA MERCED PENTHOUSE 22 (2BR 2BT):
Bright apartment composed of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, located in a modern building, just few minutes walking from Plaza de la Merced.The flat is located on a fifth floor, easily accessible with the lift. Really close to the historical centre, 3 minutes walking from Plaza de la Merced, 10 minutes walking from Calle Larios; supermarkets and restaurants all around the area. It is perfect for families or small groups. The area is calm.Kitchen is fully equipped with domestic appliances and all the amenities and there is a sofa bed in the living room.

EXTRAS- Our guests have full access to the apartment (and its private terrace) as well as the common terraces in the top of the building, shared with the rest of tenants.- There is not any washing machine in the flat, but we dispose of a common coins laundry in the building.- There is availability of parking spots in the same building, for an extra cost of 15€ per night, but THEY MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE.- Pets are welcome, but there is an additional charge of 10€ per stay and per pet.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT- Check in is automatic, you will find the keys in a lockbox. TIME: From 3pm.- Our staff will ask you your ID documents/passports and will send the information about the automated access a few days before the entrance.- Check out is automatic too, you must leave ALL the keys inside the flat on top of the table before leaving the flat. TIME: until 11am.

EXTRAS RULES- Please, take care of the flat. You must leave it in the same conditions as you found it.- To preserve the climate, please be careful with turning on/off the light, AC and/or heating when you are not in the flat.- It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment and in the common zones of the building, except in the terraces.- Parties are not allowed, events or loud noises. Please, respect the common zones in the building and the resting times of the neighbourhood between 10pm – 9am. Take care and respect the silence and remember to keep the main entrance door closed all the times.- People not registered in the booking cannot be hosted.
