This apartment has great views to La Gomera and even La Palma and Hiero on good days. Outdoor dining is a pleasure. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable. The kitchen, unusually, has matched crockery and cutlery with a range of utensils. We couldn't get the ceramic hob to work and used the microwave instead. Great stay.

The property was spacious , lovely balconies comfortable and clean . My constructive criticism would be a few floor tiles were wobbbly , small bathroom sink hardly any running water , not enough instructions for tv or getting rid of refuse. The biggest problem was no safe . I also thought having stayed in numerous apartments in adeje over 20 years thie price was expensive for this property.

We enjoyed our stay, but it was marred by some unexpected problems. The apartment is generally clean and as shown on the pictures. The balconies are lovely, especially the west facing one in the evening. Note that the south facing balcony (overlooking the pool) is quite narrow and does not actually get that much direct sun due to the roof. One issue with the apartment is that some of the floor tiles are loose, which could be a problem if anyone in the family is unsteady on their feet. The check in was great and we got into the apartment on time. When we arrived, we found that the coffee machine had not been cleaned and was full of mouldy coffee grounds. We asked for this to be replaced - it was taken away but we did not receive a replacement. The main issue that we had was that when we arrived the pool was completely drained! The owners had no idea that this had happened, and we found out from other residents that there had been a leak in the pump room. Despite numerous emails, the owners completely failed to keep us updated on the progress of repairs and we were left without a pool for 75% of the holiday. Clearly this was out of the owners control, but we were disappointed in the lack of communication or help in finding alternative pools. After many emails back and forth, we have now received some limited compensation. Overall, this is nice apartment in a lively area but our experience was let down by poor communication from the owners.

Couldnt ask for a better stay, great location, very quiet, very clean, perfect size and plenty accessories throughout the apartment. Perfect comms with hosts. Great stuff, thank you.
