This nice property is just off the beach, the pool is amazing!. There is a beautiful landscaped garden with meandering pathways to a BBQ area, pool, beach, Isla Mujeres and Hotel Zone. You will be secure behind a guarded gate, with constantly patrollingsecurity personnel. Property features a private beach, and is within minutes of downtown or the Hotel Zone. There is a Superama Wal-Mart about 5 kms and a Mexican traditional food & fruit market just 3 blocks away. Convenience store across the street and several beachfront restaurants just minutes down the road.

The ferry terminal is a half a block away too! This is a fantastic location for reaching within 10 minutes every interesting place in Cancun!
