• Parking inside the premise comes with a charge and its for self-driven cars only. Drivers, Maids, Attendants, etc please excuse.
• There are several eateries within the vicinity you can have a walk through the lush green boulevard to taste one of them, for foodies, Kolkata is the only Indian city that has been featured in the food website Eater’s list of 11 culinary destinations in the word, that one must try.
• Food can be ordered through food delivery apps like ZOMATO & SWIGGY. (Biryani is a must try). The street food of Kolkata has its own unique charm, (be it roll, chowmien, pav bhaji, golgappa [phuchka, locally called] or local milk product sweets) all are unique by its own right. The list is endless you can GOOGLE for latest updates.
• Inscribed in 2021 on the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity is the Bengali cultural festival DURGA PUJA which is a must watch along with also KALI PUJA which falls within 1 month of DURGA PUJA.
• The property being centrally located there is easy availability of public transport like Ola, Uber, yellow taxi, public and private buses, Metro & 3 wheeler autos, the nearest bus stop and auto route is just 3 minutes’ walk from the property ( either from the Nasta Galli side or Nirmal Mitra market side). You can avail EAST WEST METRO from GIRISH PARK, its approx 15 min in auto, further you can avail NORT SOUTH METRO from PHOOL BAGAN, its approx. 7 mins in auto.
• You have major bank ATMs at Kakurgachi crossing.
• There are quite a few Medical Shops within the vicinity in case of emergency.

• The property is situated in a very safe secure and clean locality.
• Please refrain from plucking flowers from the garden, its public property.
• The total property is NO-SMOKING zone.
• Requested to maintain quite hours from 1100 pm to 700am.
• Booking are for 2 GUESTS ONLY per night, an additional 3rd Guest is allowed with an additional cost (Child 12 yrs to 17 yrs @ 250 per night & Adult 18 yrs and above @ 500 per night).• Please do NOT wear outside shoes/slippers inside the house.
• Guests are requested to abide by the check-in and check-out timings.
• There is 24 x 7 Security Guard at the property for security reasons.
• The use of AC is @ Rs 300 per day.
• The use of Kitchen is optional @ Rs150 per day, ( you will be provided with microwave, gas, fridge and cutlery).
• All payments related to booking are to be made by bank transfer and should be credited to the bank A/C 48 hrs before check-in.
• If already paid in advance via portal then the cash receipt should be furnished 48 hrs before check-in.
• Optional items (AC, Kitchen & extra bed) can be paid through CASH or by UPI at the property.
