Stayed Jan 19, 2026This apartment is in the Exarcheia area of Athens - past known as the home for anarchists, revolutionaries and artistes. Times past perhaps but the area retains a scruffy bohemian atmosphere. As there are plenty of police around I never felt unsafe here day or night. And scruffy bohemian is a good description of this apartment - if you want luxury living then go pay luxury prices. It is specious but basic but had everything I needed for a place to stay - somewhere to put my stuff, somewhere to sleep and somewhere to make my own food. It has a lovely little balcony for you to soak up the sun. And great communication with and help from the owners. As well as great value for money the apartment has a great location - 20 minutes walk from Syndagma and parliment square, 10 minutes from Omonia Square and the National Archeology Museum and less than 30 minutes walk from the Acropolis.I'd be more than happy to return to this area of Athens and to this apartment
