With a simple and contemporary decoration designed for the comfort and well-being of guests, this apartment gathers all the facilities to enjoy a beautiful holiday in Madeira Island, whether for work or leisure.

The apartment features a balcony, a living area, a TV with cable channels, and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining area. The bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower cubicle. The property accommodates two adults and one child (maximum), with a sofa bed for one person in the living room. The balcony is accessed through the living area, perfect for enjoying a meal al fresco. The building has a common entrance and is located on Rua da Alegria, near the La Vie Shopping Centre. Wi-Fi is available in all areas. Please note, the building has stairs and no private parking.

AREA
Located in Funchal city center, the building offers easy access to downtown and main points of interest, including restaurants, shopping centres, bars, museums, the Cathedral of Funchal, Funchal Municipal Garden, Funchal Marina, and the Municipal Theatre. The city center provides plenty of information about cultural, adventure, and nature-related activities for your stay.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to reach the property is by transfer—ask us to book one with our local partners, which is cheaper than airport taxis. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

You have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer any questions and do our best to reply to all requests. We also provide an app for guests with important property and local information.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests must present a valid ID (passport or identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If not scheduled within 48 hours before arrival, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath are available on request. The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and a fire blanket.

ATTENTION
A Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in Funchal: €2.00 per person/night (aged 13+), up to 7 nights (€14.00 max per person/stay). Upon arrival, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
