The flat was completely converted and restored in 2015 and has an area of 668 Entrance and all rooms are on groundfloor and barrier-free. We are offering space for your pram or buggy in the hall. Furniture is brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped with baking oven, ceramic hob, fridge including freezer, microwave, water boiler, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. For entertainment and comfort the apartment has a 39 Full HD LED-TV with satellite reception, Blueray-Player, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and alarm clock radio. In the spacious bathroom there is a shower at ground level and a tub. As special extras the flat has got a walk-in closet and a sauna. Visit the shore and feel free to use our own pier.
