Punat. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed woodland property with lawn, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a hedge and a wall. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property and on the street in front of the house.
