You have access to the balcony with garden furniture. Bedroom 25 sqm and with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, at couch/sofa and 1 baby bed, TV and Air conditioner. You have access with garden furniture. Kitchen 6 sqm and with dinette, TV, electric cooker induction cooker (1 board), refrigerator (150 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler, washing machine and dryer. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom 3 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine.

Balatonberény, 50 m above sea level. The holiday flat is located on a 2000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars in the locality (1 m). 22 kW 3-phase.
