Ground floor: Living room with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs. Cooking nook with gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator (freezer) and microwave. Separate toilet with WC and washing machine.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom not heatable and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
TV or radio channel can be received per antenna.

Bibione, district Lido dei Pini. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed property, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
