Light holiday apartments with modern furnishing, in the Luino old town
The holiday apartments are in a historical building from the year 1600, in the Luino old town, just a two-minute walk from the lake.
They are completely independent and were renovated and comfortably furnished in 2014. Owing to the under-floor heating, they offer a particularly pleasant indoor climate in the cool season. Wireless Internet access is available. The apartments have modern furnishing with Italian designer pieces and furniture made by local craftspeople.
Guests at the apartments can use an interior courtyard furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a little table and chairs. Four bicycles can be used free of charge. Each apartment has a private car parking space, accessible from a park.
You can find shops, restaurants and pizzerias in the old tow. The studio looks out towards a children’s playground and the main road, where the well-known market is held every Wednesday. The studio is about 200 metres from the harbour, with connections to Cannero, Cannobio and Locarno. The train station with rail connections to Milan, Bellinzona and Malpensa airport is about 700 metres from the studio. Lugano is about 23km from the studio.
The apartment of around 100m² is on the first floor of the building. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm), a sofa and a cupboard. The living room-kitchen has a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a double bed. Satellite TV is available. The built-in kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and fridge. There is also a dining table (140 x 140cm). The bathroom is fitted with a shower and bidet. A supplementary single bed can be provided on request.
There is a furnished terrace outside with seating, a table and parasols.
