The apartment spans 135 sqm across three floors and offers the following layout:

On the ground floor, you’ll find a large air-conditioned living and dining area with leather sofa, dining table, 65 smart TV, and soundbar. The kitchen is fully equipped. A pantry with freezer and a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and drying rack in the basement are also available.

The spacious Bangkirai terrace (25 sqm, partly covered) is perfect for relaxing. There’s a garden table for 6–8, 2 sun loungers with cushions, a hammock, and a large gas grill.
