Chalet Quartz, located in Saint-Gervais, is perfect for a mountain getaway. This cozy duplex features a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with two single beds and a twin bed (configurable on request), and a secure mezzanine with adouble bed (not recommended for children under 8). There are two bathrooms, two separate toilets, a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), and a capsule coffee machine. A baby cot is also available.

Outside, enjoy a balcony and terrace with mountain views. There is a storage room for skis and bikes, and two parking spaces on the property.

The residence is 100 m from a bus stop (regular line and ski bus in winter), 2 km from the center of Saint-Gervais, and close to the Mont Blanc tramway. The Pontets leisure park (Les Contamines) is also worth a visit.

No pets, parties, or smoking. No air conditioning. Please do not wear shoes or bring food upstairs, and do not leave items on the floor in the shared entrance. Please respect the neighbors' peace.
