This home is precious and immaculate. We had a wonderful stay. The bed is comfy, the hot tub is really nice, and it is so peaceful out in the woods. This little house has everything you need - no detail is left unnoticed! Would love to go back in the summer to be able to spend more time on the decks. It was also nice to be able to take our golden retriever with us!
Awesome place would definitely recommend
Would stay here again but not on a holiday weekend. Only reason is it's well worth the regular price a night on regular days but a little over double for the holiday was a little excessive. Really quiet place even with 2 other rentals near by. We had no cell service in the cabin (Verizon) so the WiFi was a savior. It was very clean and everything worked as it should. The area is beautiful and everything is within a manageable drive. The local Walmart was 13 minutes away. It was great that they allowed pets and larger dogs as well. The driveway up is not bad a little steep but not crazy, I thought it was fun. We didn't have any issues with bugs but I'm sure at the right time it may be different, you are in the woods.
Very nice place for us to stay while hiking with our dog in Hocking Hills! Rachel very quick to address any issues we had. Beautiful place! Clean and cute! Would stay again!
Overall a great property with good amenities. Would recommend to all looking for a secluded getaway
Loved. Would recommend to everyone!
Absolutely loved the star gazing deck up top. Amazing way to end the day.
We had the best time staying at this property. What a cool 'cabin'- made from a shipping container. It had everything my husband & I needed for a weekend away. The living space was clean & modern. The hot tub was awesome & we even had time to sit on the upper deck reading books. Thankfully, we have an SUV- there are a couple hills to navigate up the gravel driveway- but we had no issues. The wi-fi was great & the A/C made it nice & cool inside.
First stay in a container and loved every bit of this property. Well maintained and clean. Definitely off the beaten path if you are looking for the extra peace and quiet. Highly recommended!
We had a great time here. The house was cute and clean inside. Check in process was super easy. The property was great. We had our two pointers running the property and having a blast. Nearby hiking and dining was also dog friendly!
Pros - GREAT LOCATION along the top of a ridge. The HOT TUB was perfectly placed with the trees overhead and set at the perfect temperature. The SHOWER was great for a big guy like me. Room to move in the shower and the showerhead was nice & high for someone tall like me. The CRITTERS - saw a couple deer coming up the driveway. There was a whippoorwill going to town at dusk (first time ever hearing one!) The SMART TV was great. Having that TV placed directly across from the couch made it seem bigger than it was and the picture was crystal clear. Lots of options for streaming. The DRIVEWAY Pro: the level section along the top of the ridge is about 1/3 of a mile, perfect for walking my dog - the Con: there are two VERY steep sections of the driveway to get up there and it's a mix of dirt & gravel. My car, which is manual transmission, almost didn't make it up that driveway. Cons The BED. It LOOKS really comfortable and inviting. But it's one of those mattresses that absorbs all your heat and I was waking up every 1 to 2 hours hot and sweaty, despite the air conditioners. It was also on a metal frame on the wood floor and every time I moved, it scooched on the floor, waking me up again. A secured rug under it might help with that (couch has same problem). I got little sleep. Also needed a PLACE TO PUT LUGGAGE. A folding luggage rack under the kitchen window to the left of the counter would have been great to put my bag. Zero room in the bedroom.
This accommodation were clean and in the middle of No where!!! This was fantastic. Just know it is small but very modern and very clean.
Such a cute, wonderful unit. Everything was exactly as described, and really enjoyed staying in this converted shipping container home. I highly recommend this VRBO and am already thinking about returning with friends to the other unit on the property that has 2 stories sometime in the future!
This cabin was easy to find. Easy check in and out. Bed wasn't very comfortable. But it was a nice little place overall. It had everything you needed throughout your stay.
Great property managers! Our original rental had an issue with power outside of their control, but the host set us up with another accommodation nearby, and we made the best of it and had a great stay at Buckeye lake!
