Stayed Apr 28, 2021Excellent if you simply want room (2 bedrooms), 2 lounges, cooking facilities and a central location The apartment is located beside a highway into Hobart which makes for a 6am wake-up weekdays and 7am weekends . Secondly the apartment is located up a flight of steel stairs which is precarious for young children and for any individuals with joint/ mobility issues There are no other facilities eg gym etc and all cooking has to be done on site or eat at the adjacent cafes - about 400M away I obviously wasn’t blown away by any particular aspect of the facility but I could see it could work if you wanted to cook and you wanted to accommodate numerous people relatively economically

Stayed Dec 27, 2024This unit was fantastic. The pictures and description don’t actually do it justice. The unit is huge! It has a separate toilet/powder room as well as a toilet in the bathroom. The two bedrooms both have king size beds (only negative was that they are a little hard), and one of the rooms has a sitting area that has a private space for setting up a sofa bed (which we did for a couple of nights for my 18 year old son. We will definitely be back - walking distance to everything, loads of space and really clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Mar 9, 2023We had a fabulous stay at this very well appointed apartment in the historic Gasworks complex in Hobart CBD. The closeness to all the main attractions was a big bonus as was the access to the main motorways for travelling further afield. Top place to stay if you want to explore the south east regions.

Stayed Apr 1, 2022This apartment is conveniently located and has all the amenities we required and then some! This was our return visit and we cannot speak highly enough of our accommodation. It is a spacious and clean apartment within easy walking distance of so many Hobart attractions. We will definitely stay there on our next Hobart visit.

Stayed Dec 31, 2020This two bedroom apartment has all the facilities you need for a holidays with friends or family. The kitchen has all the things you need, however could do with a few little touches, like milk ect. The apartment is located walking distance of everywhere you need to go in Hobart. Unless you plan on going places a tour company can’t take you, would not recommend a hire car as the downstairs business owners are not polite about parking there even though you’re entitled to.

Stayed Mar 16, 2020Great apartment within walking distance of lots of things to see and do in Hobart: the wharf, Salamanca Place, restaurants and bars, the CBD and botanical gardens. So good to have the bottle shop downstairs and free parking. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to eat in or out. Thanks Shung and family for sharing your space xx

Stayed Mar 4, 2020For our family of 5 this was a great apartment. Bigger than expected, clean and everything we needed on hand. Separate sleeping and living zones made it ideal for our family and fully equipped kitchen and laundry made our stay most enjoyable. Location was perfect, easy walk into CBD and Aquatic Centre were our kids were competing. Overall an excellent apartment, attentive host and seamless process. Would definitely book again.
