Historical 25th Street original building from the 1880’s. Open concept 1500 square foot Executive Apartment. Amazing views of the mountains and overlooking 25th Street. High ceilings, big bright windows and original brick walls. Gourmet kitchen with 6ft island with cooktop and double oven.
The apartment is located on the third floor of the building with no elevator. The remaining 4000 square feet of the building is rented as commercial space.

    We had an amazing stay here and can’t say enough good things — this was our second time staying at this property, and we would absolutely come back again.The location is truly fantastic. Being able to walk to great coffee shops, restaurants, and bars made the trip feel easy and relaxing from the start. Everything we needed was right nearby, which was especially nice after long days of skiing.We stayed for a full week with our family and had more than enough space to be comfortable. The place was clean, well cared for, and very easy to settle into — it felt like a perfect home base for our trip.Snowbasin was only about a 30-minute drive, and honestly, that drive ended up being a great way to unwind after full days on the mountain. It was smooth, scenic, and never felt like a hassle.Overall, this is a five-star stay all around — excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and a great setup for a Utah ski vacation. We highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

    This property is beautiful, just as pictured in the listing. The beds are comfortable, the apartment is clean. The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

    A really nice stay. Pics and listing are accurate.Well-appointed kitchen, with Keurig, nice pots and pans and bowls and plates and tools and all that. Good fast internet. A few board games if you want to stay in for a bit or have friends over. The grand room is nice and airy with ambient light, with very comfortable large couches. The two rooms are quite large and each have a tele. The AC is common to the flat, not per-room, but it's very quiet. Water pressure for the shower is great - you won't notice that you're on a top floor. Washing and drying machines are standard size, no problems tidying up after beach day or concert night with changes of clothes for several people. Tile floors, so visitors don't need to take off shoes if they're staying just a bit.The location has a bit of street noise at night, which is nice if you come from a city (sometimes that country silence at night is deafening). There are walkable restaurant options for dinner. The flat is directly across the street from the train station, so you could get here from the airport with no rentacar if you have the time. It's easy in, easy out. The steps up from the ground to the flat aren't bad but (as listed) there are steps. The communication with the host is grand. We didn't need anything at all, but I'm confident that if we did need something, it would have been sorted out quickly. We'd be very happy staying here again.

    This apartment had all the amenities and comfort for a 10 day stay. The place is unique with its industrial feel full of bright natural light. We did a bit of cooking and had everything we could possibly need. I recommend Brant’s place.

    Brandt was great to deal with. Very helpful with suggestions and directions. The property is spacious with comfortable beds. The apartment is up quite a few stairs. Once accessed, spacious inside. Well stocked kitchen. The apartment sits on a main street in Ogden, making it a bit noisy at night. Would recommend new sound proof windows.. but thats a big investment for the location. Restaurant recommendations were great..All in all well worth the drive daily to Snowbasin to ski.

    My brother and I stayed here for a ski trip at Snowbasin. The unit is well-appointed and clean. Really no complaints. Brant is super responsive. We encountered a minor issue upon checking in that was addressed and resolved with 30 minutes. There’s a coffee shop around the corner, Grounds for Coffee, that we went to every morning (the breakfast croissants are amazing). I slept well, but you do need to have a white noise app on your phone; the unit backs up to a main road with plenty of overnight traffic. I would stay here again!

    My husband and I spent a wonderful week in mid December at this spacious and impeccably kept apartment in central Ogden. The building is at the corner of historical 25th Street and Wall Avenue, steps from great restaurants and fun stores. It is also very convenient for skiing at Snowbasin and Powder Mountain. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to enjoy classy historical Ogden and its surroundings!

    First of all, Brant is great! He went the extra mile to make our dates for the rental work perfectly for us! The location was better than expected! It was extremely easy to navigate to any part of town and within walking distance from everything from food to a baseball game! Saturday market was awesome! We had such a great time we would definitely come back!
