Our loft's industrial style provides a spacious open floor plan that can accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy and explore the endless options of local bars, speakeasies, distilleries and live music right outside your front door. If you're looking to be fully immersed in all that Louisville has to offer!
<br>Our living room has plenty of seating and a Smart TV where guests can enjoy our Netflix or download their own streaming apps so you can still catch your favorites while on the go. This main living space also has a beautiful view of the bridge leading over the Ohio River into Indiana and the downtown park through the large almost floor-to-ceiling windows.

The kitchen is open to the rest of the main living space and complete with all the basics you may need to prepare meals during your stay, although, Lousiville has many great places to grab a bite. It's also open to the main living space so the chef in your group won't feel separate while preparing their next masterpiece.

Furnishings include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, real hardwood floors, 14 pillow top king mattresses, dual sided lamps in each bedroom, extra large closet space, rustic exposed brick, and luxury linens.

Guests are permitted to use the entire space during their stay along with the lounge area and outdoor terrace located on the 3rd floor of our building.
The lounge area has cozy seating and a Foosball table. The terrace has outdoor seating and picnic tables for guests to enjoy.

Parking is unavailable with unit, however there are plenty of nearby options being that we are located downtown! The easiest and closest parking is at the parking garage located one 1st and Main right by our building. This is a paid garage. There is also a paid, open parking lot directly by our building. Both of these locations also service the nearby hotels and their guests. Street parking is free after 6pm Monday - Saturdays and free all day on Sundays. There may be exceptions to this, if there are ongoing events in the area.
